Shipping FAQs
How long will my order take?
All orders are packed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), and are thereafter handed over to the courier for delivery.
Shipping is estimated to take an additional 2 to 5 business days depending on your delivery address. We'll notify you via email once your order has been shipping, and will provide a tracking number and URL.
Where do you ship to and what are your rates?
We ship to all major cities and towns within South Africa. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Do you ship to outlying areas?
Yes we do, however there may be additional charges applicable. Please email info@apartment38.com and state your chosen items for purchase and your delivery location and we will provide you with a quote for shipping.
Alternatively, checkout as per normal and we will email you with a payment link for any additional charges.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been handed over to the courier we'll email you with a tracking number and URL. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the specified delivery time, please reach out to the courier directly with your tracking number, or email us on info@apartment38.com and we'll look into it.
